Law's of the Fire Nebula Syndicate

1. Lord Elbrun is the ruler of this Syndicate, his orders are to be obeyed with all possible speed, and ability. Failure to obey the orders of Lord Elbrun are punishable by banishment, loss of pay, or death.

2. All beings appointed to positions of command are to be obeyed. Disobeying a superior is punishable by banishment, loss of pay/share, marooning, imprisonment, or death, at the commanders discretion.

3. All non-appointed command positions will be voted on by the general membership of the Syndicate. These elected officers are to be obeyed as if they where appointed by Lord Elbrun.

4. Theft of Syndicate property is punishable by banishment, marooning, loss of an extremity, or death. The punishment will be decided by either Lord Elbrun, or the most superior officer present.

5. The sale of information about the Syndicate is punishable by death.

6. The sale of Syndicate property without authorization is punishable by loss of extremity, and/or loss of pay, and/or marooning, and/or imprisonment, and/or banishment, and/or death.

7. Unauthorized operations which use Syndicate property is punishable by loss of pay/share, and/or banishment, and/or imprisonment.

8. Assault on a fellow Syndicate member outside of a duel is punishable by imprisonment, banishment, loss of pay/share, and/or marooning.

9. No gambling on duty, no drinking on duty, no intoxicants on duty. These are punishable by marooning, imprisonment, loss of pay/share, banishment, and/or death (in cases of infractions while on combat ready status).
